| Follow these steps to convert PowerPoint presentations to Macromedia Flash format. |
Once you download the PowerFlashPoint
installer, run the software setup routine
and follow the instructions. If you are
using PowerPoint 2007, you'll find a PowerFlashPoint
tab on the Ribbon. In the case of XP/2003
you will see buttons as shown below:

Launch Microsoft PowerPoint and you can able to find PowerFlashPoint icon in the menu bar. Open or create PowerPoint presentation for which need to
converted as Flash. Click on the "Convert" button to start the conversion process.
Configure PowerFlashPoint Conversion
PowerFlashPoint PowerPoint to Flash Converter
comes with many attractive features. User
can configure settings of conversion from
the window. Click on the "Settings" to
configure the conversion settings. A new
"PowerFlashPoint Settings" dialog box
appers. In the window conversion settings
are categorize into three sections - General,
Player and Output.
General Settings
The General Settings tab provides you with the following options:
• Option to configure the JPEG Quality.
• Option to set the Background Color.
• Add / Remove hidden slides.
• Remove 'Powered by' from the last slide
• Option for enable slide transitions
Player Settings
The Player Settings tab provides you with the following options:
• Option to configure Player Save settings.
• Add / Remove 'Powered by DigitalOfficePro' from the bottom border.
• Option to Select the Player Skin.
Output Settings
The Output Settings tab provides you with the following options:
• Configure Custom Animation behavior.
• Option to create swf for each slide.
• Option for create package for CD.
• Prompt for 'Save as HTML' each time.
Publishing Presentation
After configuring the conversion settings,
Click on the "Convert" button to start
the Flash conversion process. (conversion
process take time depending on the file size of
presentation) It will pop up a dialog as shown below.

Once conversion is done, you will have three options to save
the presentation. The three publishing options are:-
• Save as SWF
• Save as EXE
• Upload to SlideServe
Choose 'Save as SWF' to publish the PowerPoint presentations to
Flash (SWF) format. A new window called 'FlashPlayer Options' appears.

The FlashPlayer Options window provides you with the following options:
• With player including thumbnails
• With player excluding thumbnails
• Without player
Select the desired option and click 'Continue'.

A new dialog box appears. "Do you
want to create an HTML file in order to
host your movie?" Click 'Yes' to
create output flash movie embeded HTML
file.
Save Flash output to your local computer. Try PowerFlashPoint right now...!!!
