Steps to Add a Transition


The following steps will show you how to add a transition to a slide.

Step 1:               Open your presentation and go to the slide where you want to add a transition effect.

Step 2:               Click once on the slide, then go to the Slide Show menu.

Step 3:               Select Slide Transition.

Step 4:               Choose the Transition Effect you want to use from the drop-down menu.

Step 5:               Select the speed of transition from the Three options (Slow, Medium or Fast).

Step 6:               Add a sound, if you want, from the drop-down Sound menu.

Step 7:               Click Loop Until Next if you want the sound to repeat until you move to the next slide.

Step 8:               Select how how to move from this slide to the next slide by selecting either "On mouse click"    or "Automatically after a specified seconds.

Step 9:               Click Apply to apply these changes to one slide or click Apply to All to apply these changes to the entire presentation.
