Record your Voice


To record your voice, you must need a microphone (mic) connected with your PC.

Follow the steps below to record a narration for a slide.

1.       Take Slide View and select the slide you wish to add a recording.

2.       Click on the Insert menu, take Movies and Sounds, then click on Record Sound.

3.       The Record Sound dialog box appears, Give a file name for the recording.

4.       To start recording, click the Record button, then talk into the microphone.

5.       When finish recording, click on the Stop button.

6.       Click on the Play button to play back your recording.
