How to correct the Spellings


In PowerPoint presentation spell check is very easy. This feature allows user to create error free presentations. With spelling checker user can identify the errors before the audience sees it.

Following are the steps to activate Spell Check application in PowerPoint:-

1.       From the Standard toolbar, Click on the Spelling Check icon.

2.       In the Menu bar select Tools, from tools menu click on Spelling.

3.       Simply Click F7 key to check spellings in the presentation.

After activate spelling check, If a spelling error is detected a Spelling dialog box appears. The Spelling Checker dialog box suggests an alternative spelling in the Change To box. An additional list of spelling suggestions may also appear in the suggestion box. If you want to continue without changing the spelling, click on the Ignore button. Want to change the spelling, select one of the suggested alternatives, and then click Change button. The spelling checker will continue checking the remaining slides of presentation. After finished all the slides in your presentation, a message box will appear telling you that the Spell Check is Complete.
