Delete Data from a Chart


·         In Microsoft PowerPoint, double-click the chart you want to change.

·         Switch to the datasheet. If the datasheet is not visible, click View Datasheet Button image to display it.

·         Select the information you want to delete.

·         Press DELETE.

·         To return to the slide, click outside the chart.
