Add Word Art to Presentation

Word Art allows user to see a normal text to more dynamic way. It is visually more attractive compared to the normal text of a presentation. To add Word Art click on "Insert" à "Picture" à "Word Art" as shown below:-

Upon clicking on Word Art you will view a new window called ‘WordArt Gallery’:-

 

You can select the style from the collection of word style templates. Simply click on the format of the Word Art you wish to add to your slide, then click "OK." Add the text (user defined text) to your Word Art and click on "OK". Now you can see the Word Art style on your slide.

PowerPoint allows you to create a solid color background as well as a number of different background effects. By choosing "Format" à "Background", then choosing "Fill Effects" from the color pull down menu you can manipulate the available background effects. This is shown below:
